I have been a customer at FCC for several years and I cannot say enough great things about them. I once had issues with cigars wound too tightly and they were quickly replaced. More recently, an order of RyJ Maravillas 8 (Year of the Rat 2020, a rare selection) was lost in the mail. I emailed Bob & Cherrie and a replacement shipment has already been sent in much less time than I had expected. Bravi tutti!
