Cuenca has great selection of tasty cigars and the customer service is outstanding. On one order I actually got a call from Anita to let me know one of the cigars that I ordered was out of stock and did I have another one that I would like to substitute for it. And I live in California not Florida. Real customer service. Other cigar companies just send what they have of the order in stock and that’s that.
