I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. DPD say it is delayed!! Deliver my order or refund my money please.

Timing for this review couldn’t be more perfect. Placed an order around 10 days ago and riot stated that they would be sent out next working day. They sent my invoice with DPD tracking. I have been on DPD’s website to which it still says “ we have received you information but have not received your parcel” and it still says this today. I have emailed customer services to give me an update to which, again, to this day I have still not had a response. I have now requested a refund through PayPal. Won’t be ordering again.
