Delivery great. Service great. However at least 4 pods (so far) do not work in any of the 3 batteries I have - disappointing

For the last few months, I'm being forced to buy flavour I don't like because most flavours that people like are always out of stock last 3 months. The service (24 delivery is great) but it's disappointing regarding the stock issue.

Whilst the website, shipping time and customer care is really good, the product is really way too sweet and ultra synthetic tasting. Plus it’s more expensive so I won’t be buying again.

The riot connex pods that I use seem to always be put of stock.

I never recieved the parcel . The delivery stated it was in my rear porch and it was no where to be seen. I emailed and recieved a reply saying they would look into it and send out again , but i haven't heard anything since
