Having spent tens of thousands and missing a phone call from the wonderful owners many years back asking for feedback, I'm finally here to deliver! Your additions of the point system for loyalty was fantastic. The addition of lollipops in every order? Perfection. You've nailed down the formula for custome retention. Products have always been competitive and the sales spectacular. The only baffling part of the entire system is the inconsistent shipping times. I notice throughout the year it will be back to immediate shipping same day if placed (by) or it will randomly take 4 days for some fairly highly stocked items. Makes no sense. It could be seasonal workers being up and down, however, the competition is delivering in two days or less for the same cost and similar circumstances. I'm not in the warehouse nor am I running the operations to see the CapEx but something odd has happened and it's the only issue preventing market monopoly (well, and the constant Tangier shortage. No idea if that's a licensing with competitors or poor yields). TLDL; You've always been wonderful. Always will shop here. 10/10. Fix the shipping issues. Love the entire team.

I’ve been a customer of Hookah Shisha for at least 5 years! Their customer service is awesome! Whether it’s a voicemail or email, they have always responded in a timely manner with a great attitude. There are hookah shops(now) in my area but I will continue to order from these guys and I’d recommend the site to anyone!
