The product I received was packaged really nicely which was a huge worry for me. Packaging was plentiful and very discrete. Customer service is top notch…only complaint is their stock…or lack thereof. Seems like every single item on the website is out of stock. All in all, great experience and will definitely be buying again.

Side note: I have now been using my new drop down for about a week and loving it.. it is the only piece that gets irreversibly dirty, now I have my new one and my whole rig looks brand new 🤩👍👍
