Worst online store. You guys never sipped my order. Then said you needed to review my age. But never told me that. After a week order was not shipped. After reaching out to support and providing further details my order was still not shipped. Avoid this shop. Use Neptune, cigars direct, and cigar page. What a joke.

Never received my order or was communicated as to why.

Just super disappointed with the billing. I don’t know where you think it’s okay to just up charge someone with no explanation

Please STOP!

This first one I smoked out of the pack was severely damaged. I don't think It was stored properly and it didn't have any humidity packs in the packaged with it.
