Service was good, but cigars were not.

You canceled my shipment without even notifying me. If I hadn't called to find what the age verification problem was I wouldn't have ever received the order. Customer service is a bit poor.

Very slow in arriving

Received the wrong cigars. Box pressed received, not torpedos

Haven't received ot yet. Will update again when I receive it.
