Even though it was free shipping, still took twice as long

They shipped me someone else’s order, did not respond to customer support email and a call in also did not result in any follow up besides a verbal agreement to ship me my order I paid for. I did not want thca products, I wanted cbd because I have quit thc. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone:

I never received my order

When or If I receive it I will be glad to re-rate.
