I don't understand. My experience with "Ivy"? Is that a representative I was assigned even though I never interacted with a person? Or the name of the service I'm using right now to leave feedback? If it's the second, I don't see that word anywhere. I see Powered by yotpo.

Great service

Kyushu dreams has a great product,I have ordered several times. The flower is always top quality but the usps never gets delivered on time even with the upgrade to priority shipping. This time it just never showed up and I’m out $60. Having an option for UPS would be great. I. Would order more but at this point it’s costing me too much time and money in lost orders. It’s not Kushy Dreams fault, but it would be nice to have other delivery options when ordering.
