We've placed 4 orders in the last 6 week's. Most recent has not shipped yet. First one arrived late, UPS wimped out not RS fault. The other 2 arrived in less than a week of being ordered. Had one incorrect item sent, called customer service Monday morning, correct flavor arrived Friday. You guys/gals rock.

Shipping took a while due to everyone freaking out about the mail ban but everything arrived packaged securely and in great shape! Definitely ordering flavors and dilutents in the future from them!
