The displays are well made, sturdy, and looks great just like my ZT knives

Service is fine, but ZT needs to clearly state on its website when a model prevents common aftermarket upgrades. In this case inability to switch out the OEM clip for a deep carry clip is a very disappointing post-purchase surprise, especially for a high end item.

Second purchase and experience has been good.

Shipping was extremely fast. Don’t have any customer service experience yet, as I have only had the knife for a couple of weeks AND. It’s a Hugh quality knife!
