Sent wrong item and took

Sent wrong item and took a week to respond to my request to correct issue. Eventually, it seems it will work out fine, but have not received proper item yet. I actually purchased another similar item from another vendor as I thought I was not going to hear back. So I will have two similar items. Realize that things can go wrong at times, but it is best to stay on top of customer correspondence. The plus was, once I was responded to, the correspondence was apologetic and sincere.

ON the edge of dishonesty

Purchased a swim vest for $48 total. Much too small, so I notified them I would return it immediately, reassured by the “easy, free returns” on the website. Received an email back that I would receive a refund of $28. to me this is disappointing and has little integrity. Recommend that if you buy ZONE3 products, do so through Amazon, and not through the Zone 3 website. Product looked as advertised, but sizing chart recommended I get a medium, and even with wife’s help, could not actually get it on, so I would recommend sizing up a good bit with this particular product. Thank You.
