Very pleased with your customer service! It’s great having a bootie with the velcro strap. I do wish the shape weren’t so “pointy” in the toe, as I have wide feet, so they’re tight getting on and off. I used your sizing chart and was afraid a larger size would be too large. Should I have ordered the next size up? Otherwise, I like them and thank you! (Sorry to subject you to a photo of my foot😱) 5 stars if the toe were wider

Suit fits great & is comfortable. My only gripe is the pockets are so small! Can barely fit a gel in & Not easily accessible.

I originally received the wrong type of glove. I had to reach out to customer service to manage the mistake. Although I ultimate received a credit for shipping costs, I was surprised to learn that there were shipping costs for returns to begin with. Other brands were available at local brick & mortar shops at an equivalent price point.

First of all, the sizing chart isn't quite right (at least for me). They are sizing these at least 1 size smaller than they actually are - meaning, if you order based on their chart, it will likely be too small. Once I got the larger size, it still was VERY tight- if I am to put the tri suit under this, it is really restricting - so much so, that I found it difficult to breathe while swimming due to chest constriction.
