Zempire Magento

I ordered replacement tent poles and I received second hand broken ones there are no excuses for this just straight out per behaviour from zempire staff. After raising a complaint new ones were sent via post haste which I’m yet to receive. I live in hope that they are in deed new poles and not another set of broken poles

I bought this tent from cash converters in almost new condition. I am aware that I am the third owner, but I still think you should back up your product a little better. I put the tent up in the first week in September on south Stradbroke Island on the Gold coast. Not what I would call hot for that time of year. I had read of some people having them explode from over inflating, so I made sure that when pumped it up that it had just enough air to make it stand up. This was about 4 lbs to 5 lbs on my gauge. It had been up for 4 days prior to it failing. It put a 1mtr rip in the tube & about the same in the sock which is difficult to repair. I contacted your Australian importer with no help at all. My point is if you sell a product in Australia shouldn't it be able to handle Australian conditions. It can be clearly seen from things like poles, ropes, floor, etc that this tent has had next to no use. It is now completely useless & can only be thrown in the bin. Even if I was to put a new bladder in it, it still would be hard & expensive to repair the sock. I have been thinking of a report on social media but don't really want to go that far if i can help it. I am a 77-year-old man with a lot of camping experience. I am keen to hear your reply on this matter. If you are interested in looking at this matter again, I will take the trouble to pull it out & get more photos as I can't find the ones i sent to your importer here. If you are not, I will simply throw it out & never buy any of your products again. I might add I have already had trouble with one of your self inflating mattresses that was leaking through the wall of the materiel, you did replace that & to date I haven't used it to see if they all leak.
