Having to create a sign-in, password to buy stuff online is frustrating. You should also offer guest check-out.

It has been great that named People have given me great replies when I have emailed with queries, however, it did take over 8 months from when we ordered the tent until it arrived inNZ. Now it is the same with the accessories. We are still waiting on the ground sheet and roof cover. When we picked up our tent we also bought the extra front awning. There was a fault with one of the zips so ( on your advice ) we took it back to the store. We are still awaiting that replacement too. So, actually getting all our tent has been an issue. Zempire have great videos and the instruction booklet is good too, however our pump doesn’t seem to work as shown in the booklet ( it doesn’t show when you’re at the right psi, it just shows you the strength of each pump). We hope we didn’t overinflate - the tent stayed up well when we had our trial run at home. We think we’re happy…,but need all the parts before we can go off and test it all by actually camping.
