I had an issue with my shoes and it was easily remedied I think the product is quality sometimes things just happen during the manufacturing process. I was able to shoot off a msg and within days had an answer. Also I wanna point out that I forgot to put my discount code on the order when I initially purchased and was able to get an adjustment after the fact. Really great service with this company. I’m glad I found and tried this shoe company.
