I had faced a couple of issues so far. One was a product return that delayed to be located in the warehouse approx 1 month but the Costumer Service team was very helpful and due to this delay they returned my money back while they were going to deal with the package localisation later. The other issue was that my package was delayed in delivery and again the Costumer Service team was very helpful; they followed up immediately with the courier company about my issue and I received it soon after that.
