Build All The Muscles You Forgot to Train! :)
Great tool to build all of your 'stabilizing' muscles at once! Great way to get a decent workout in conjunction with a 'standing' desk setup like I have for working remotely. I find using the board for 5-10 minutes every couple hours at first to get used to it, then gradually increasing frequency and/or duration as you get the knack of it. I haven't tried any spins yet, but the day is coming! Recommend WB to create a 'parking block' to store the board upright when not in use and save floorspace for those for whom square footage comes at a premium, nice to be able to store the board vertically when not in use.
