Injury recovery, core workout, & standing desk companion!
I broke my leg at the ankle about a year ago and recently had some issues arise. I didn't want to go back to PT but knew I needed to do something. Recently, I purchased a standing desk, but find myself still fidgeting. And, I've been seeking a way to get more activity into my everyday routine. I had no idea I would find one item that would tackle it all! I had been considering a different and more expensive board. I decided to take one last look at the options and I'm so glad I did! As soon as I saw the skateboard shape and cork Teton motif of the Whirly Board, I was hooked. I've had it less than two weeks. I started using it immediately and within a few days, my ankle and core were stronger! I love it and find that it helps me stay focused and serves as a fun break between tasks. I do 5 minute mini-workouts throughout the day. It is very well made. I'm in my early 50s and I absolutely love this board! I got the desk mat and stabilizer ring as well. All great choices. I love the workout videos, too, and will be incorporating them soon as well. I've already been telling people about it, too! Get it already!!!
