Returns are a challenge still waiting in credit.

I did not realize it was shipping from the UK, since there is USA address also. Shipping took much longer than expected.

Shipping email that was provided did not have a link for tracking. I’ve purchased twice now from the Sports Edit and have had to email both times for tracking information.

My experience with the sports Edit was ok.

I was disappointed in the service from Sports Edit . First of all, my order didn’t ship for more than 2 weeks. It was only after I emailed that they realized there had been a warehouse issue. I had a similar issue with my return. It was only when I emailed them about not getting my refund that I actually got it. I was left feeling that I couldn’t trust the company to do what they promise to do. The reason that I gave two stars is that the persons with whom I interacted about both issues were somewhat quick to respond and did so expressing regret.
