Ordering was very easy via the web site during lockdown. Shipping was relatively quick, and products very good. I would have appreciated some sort of tracking info as to when they would be delivered and how, so as to arrange for collection in case I was out when they were due to be delivered. Once I had ordered there was nothing and then they just arrived. But overall, easy ordering and quick delivery, and will order again next time I need something.
