Poor customer service and quality products.

No one would answer emails or phone calls to return / exchange the items

Do not buy! This stick broke 33 days after it was gifted for Christmas. Their 30-day warranty is garbage. $400+ wasted...

Shipping, delivery, etc were all great. Our issue is with the product itself.
