Never heard back on a return nor multiple other attempts to hear back from Torege. They have zero customer service. Doesn’t exist.

order not shipped complete, shipment says both pairs shipped but only one pair was in the package.

No service or reply to my issues. Waiting over three weeks now to hear back from somebody on my broken glasses

I didn’t receive the right order. When I tried to call the company many times, nobody answered. When I tried to email the company, I never got a response. I really hope and wish that they will correct the order.
