Have tried contacting customer service FOUR TIMES now and have NEVER even received the slightest acknowledgment! I did not receive either of the Nautilus sunglasses (“Invisible” or “Mystical Magic”) from my order, which were the "half off" pairs. I have received both pair of full priced Talos sunglasses. Either send the sunglasses which were omitted from the order or REFUND me the difference owed for only the two pairs received, one of which would have been HALF PRICE, and the two pairs I never received.
Please rectify this ASAP.
