I had this ganglion cyst on my ankle that had been very painful for the past 6 months. I started using my Speed Hound recovery boots every night for 30 minute due to sore legs. Not only did it help with my sore legs, I noticed in two weeks that my cyst was completely gone! I wish I had a before picture of how big this cyst was. There is no sign of it left.
