Money well spent for my leg recovery

I tried a similar machine when visiting my Granddaughter last fall. She is a swimmer and many of her teammates use this for recovery. I am not a swimmer but I do power lifting and on leg day the Speed Hound saves my legs. I use it on off days as well to give my legs some extra love!

These swim buoys are top notch! We will be providing them to swim angels to use at our triathlon.
