Product arrived faulty, immediately got in touch for a replacement. At the three week mark now with no sign of having it

Bought the Wave Bundle…Roller and Duo as a Christmas present. On opening on Christmas Day the roller charged no problem but the Duo is faulty and won’t charge. I’ve telephoned Therabody 3 times and been told a return label and authorisation letter would be emailed to me. 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. I’ve contacted customer support and after an initial response nothing! There is no customer support for U.K. customers. The products are good when working but after sales is dreadful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THERABODY if you need customer support or to return goods.

Placed an order end of November still not arrived in January. Contacted customer services 3 times still no update on delivery. Having to chase constantly. Poor communication and service.
