Never received product having paid in full for it. Do not buy from this company.

The USB charging port broke within a few weeks of use. Support was poor on the repair - haven't received any communication since sending device back under warranty. the imagery on pad placement is style over medical safety - no instructions to be careful of neck pad positioning - the app imagery so tiny and no way to zoom in so I had to screenshot to know how to place. but can't really get away from electronic component breaking so early in use.

Terrible customer service

No communication so can’t verify as a legitimate company. Would give zero stars if I could.

Still have not received order that was placed 2.5 weeks ago. Contradictory emails from Therabody. Customer Service cannot provide any meaningful assistance as they do not have access to individual order information. Still not sure if I will receive my order. Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Suggest purchasing through another retailer, rather than Therabody.
