Really disappointed to note a massive almost £200 discount was applied to this product after Xmas. I haven’t yet opened the box. Can I still return the item?

Product arrived promptly and that’s what the one star is for. One of the dots doesn’t pair therefore it’s useless as has to pair to app to use. Thereafter dealing with Therabody to return product has been a nightmare. Terrible communication returns form incorrect information from Therabody and finally returns by Royal Mail is by a service that doesn’t not guarantee the amount of the product should it go missing. I therefore asked for returns address and I would cover return cost myself guaranteed amount but Therabody will not allow this can only be returned using there less than adequate return. Beyond disappointed. Having already got a Theragun this experience will ensure I will never buy from them again I’d suggest everyone does same until they get their customer services in order.

Order page is faulty, charged twice and cancelled order. Customer service fail and just hard work to get the item ordered and delivered.
