Kind of upset that my previous order is not allocated to my profile. the rep stated "Hello Omar, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I am more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have. Since last year we're making a migration to a new system which limits ti¡hings that we can do. I hope this has added some clarity to your request. Again, thank you for contacting us and please be sure to reach back out with any further questions". He didn't do a spelling check as well which is really bad! Can anyone help me?

Hard work getting through to someone to organise the return/replacement. Got there in the end.

No support and replacement pads are unavailable. Customer service does not respond to requests for help. Returns can not be made without authorisation. This is a problem.

Bluetooth connection is intermittent and customer service is non responsive. Returns need authorization and responses are difficult.
