Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered the product on 8th of November and still waiting for it. Apparently has been delivered in Australia however I’m in New Zealand and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone.

Have given the same feedback previously, stop emailing me. Device didn’t work when it arrived. Very primitive customer service.
