I have reached out numerous times prior to and after making a purchase. My emails have been ignored, and requests for a refund have been refused despite reaching out numerous times within the return period. Completely unhelpful customer service. This has completely changed my mind about a company that I was considering partnering up with.

The product is great, really

The product is great, really see the benefit. However, for the price, the device has issues charging and the support is really lacking especially for Australians - well by lacking I mean very quiet and unresponsive by email. Very concerning for an expensive product.

It sucks. My Theragun has been in transit for the past 11 days and I fear that it’ll miss my mother’s birthday as a result. It is intended to be her birthday present.

I ordered this in early

I ordered this in early June. I was informed that shipping would only take 3-5days. But the tracking link says it’s been in transit from Sydney to New Zealand for 15 days now… I haven’t received much support from you guys to solve this. It’s very disappointing
