I used my friends Theragun and it was amazing, so I bought one. When it arrived it wad faulty and would not charge, nor work, at all. II tried to contact customer service, I was hung up on 4 times, my live chat was cancelled three times, my emails were ignored. It took 3 weeks or daily trying to get a return order for a replacement. I am not waiting on my replacement but to be honest, no matter how good the product may be, when it works, I would never recommend this company based on their utter disrespect for clients.

Hi The product is very effective and provides excellent results. I purchased the Pro as it had the extra battery, and the higher rating in terms of force. Given the product has published battery life of 150min I didn’t think battery life would be an issue. However, I am getting around 45-50min battery life, and when you change out the flat battery and put the fully charged battery back in, the Pro still shows that the battery is flat. If you remove it and reinsert it a couple of times it finally shows the battery is fully charged. In summary - product performance is excellent, but a few concerns around the quality of the battery system…

How did you do doing what? I just filled i a survey, only to be confronted by another. You must be joking!!

Wrong Charger sent with unit for Australia

I placed my order three weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Despite numerous attempts to get updates, I was repeatedly told to wait another 24-48 hours. At one point, I was even informed that they couldn’t locate my order. Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I finally requested a refund. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this company.
