Das Gerät ist prima, der Support grotte. Es ist schier unmöglich, ein Gerät zu reklamieren.

Order process was good. Shipping as well. It oil leakage (once) makes me question the quality of the product. When changing massage heads, all of the sudden my hand got very messy from black oil that came out from the device. I almost ruined my sweater in the process.

Customer support is very slow and frustrating. Theragun has a problem with charging and I’m still waiting for a solution after several long phone calls on hold and a few emails to the UK. Same with invoice with a modification i need to do. No answer beside: thank you for getting in touch with us :( She it is charged, theragun works well though

order got send back. never got to me.
