Not really a good word

Not really a good word to say but i feel that if customer service and the warehouse learn to communicate with eachother then orders would go a lot smoother, items would arrive on the given days/times and customers wouldn't feel so frustrated.

Upgraded my child's bike to

Upgraded my child's bike to woom3 as first bike was ace, then all went downhill, bike turned up late, bike was damaged, tyres flat, was meant to get 1 month free which they sneakily forgot and was for the old amount which was higher, after me calling them I did get that sorted. Such a shame as first bike was awesome.
