Great service although I am still waiting for a call back after ringing last week

Really happy with our current bike, my daughter loves it. Would’ve been 5 stars had we not had to wait a few months to get it and so wasted time with the alternative we were sent originally as the frame was too big for her.

Had a few hiccups but they were rectified quickly and to my satisfaction. Still pleased that I used the subscription service as opposed to buying bikes

My only criticism would be the lack of instructions that came with our newest bike. It was ok sorting out the handle bars and peddles. After searching the internet I found videos for doing the reflectors but I’m still no closer to fitting the mudguards.

Great concept and lovely bike just let down by poor communication
