What a great company, they really do care. There had been some errors in the delivery date and it looked like it would miss my son's birthday. Of course this caused upset but the way they handled the issue was fantastic, I was so impressed how they turned the situation around and did everything to make sure we had the bike in time. So impressed that I ordered another for my other child the next day. The bike itself was brand new with all of the tools and instructions. Brilliant quality! Overall, a company who cares! Hard to find these days. Thanks guys!
