From finding out about Bikeclub from a colleague, to our 2nd bike delivery, we've had nothing but a great experience from Bikeclub. when had queries they've responded on the live chat promptly. The initial setup and delivery all happened within a few days, same for our first bike exchange.. cannot recommend enough.
