Back Nine

Fast delivery was awesome. Plus the package had a few extras inside which was cool. But have been left a little disappointed with the service. I received the wrong product, asked to send it back for the correct one. Had been waiting 10 days now with no response

Continually had to contact and follow up to get any feedback. Took 10 weeks to recieve cover, originally told 2. Cover not as agreed, it has the bottom lettering missing as per agree design. I was refunded half my purchase (didn't ask for it) but overall quite dissatisfied with the overall process. Cover quality does look very good, unfortunately its missing text

One of the worst experience with the customer service. I ordered this early February and haven't got any update from Backnine of my order status. Seriously disappointed with the service.

The cap didnt come with the Titleist ball marker as a pictured/advertised
