Team cycles have way exceeded my expectations, from the price to the communications to delivery to the door. Maybe if I be a bit picky, would of liked a couple more emails with progress ( I only had one on purchase and one on delivery). And when ordering an expensive item online I'd definitely of liked it. Other than that great and thankyou.

Was very surprised to receive a response from my online query, from previous experience with other companies there responses are slow or non existent, after the response within an hour I purchased the rack and was really surprised to get it next day, arrived well packaged and the fitting instructions made sense.
