I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of getting a replacement backboard after the first was damaged while shipping. A phone call followed by sending a picture to verify the cracked backboard was followed by receiving the replacement within a week after reporting the incident. Thanks Spalding.

We lost our backboard during a bad storm. Customer service was able to track down our backboard and send us a new one. Very smooth!
