I had a very good experience when dealing with Spaulding for a second time. I had a failure of our existing hoop after 6 or 7 years and needed a new one. The representative was very pleasant and even offered me 25% off my new purchase for the failure of the old hoop (way outside of the warranty period) which I thought was great. I ordered the hoop and a little over a week later it arrived and was delivered up next to the garage door. Great experience and I am a happy customer. Good quality basketball hoop for the price point.
