Our portable basketball hoop blew over in the wind, the hoop and everything was fine except part #2. On the website that single part was out of stock...only priced less than $20.00. I called customer assistance to find out when the part would be available, she said soon but this kit includes the specific part I needed and the price was only around $24.00!! No question!!! I ordered the kit!! What I needed completely fixed the whole problem, and the kids are playing again. Thank you for amazing customer assistance and a wonderful product!!!!
