This took only 25 minutes to put together by father and 11 year old son. The kids love it.

Called in for a replacement part on our basketball hoop. The customer service person knew exactly what I was asking for, even though I thought I wasn’t explaining it well. It was ordered and I was off the phone in less than 10 minutes. The correct part arrived the next week and we are back in the game. Thank you.

It arrived quickly and was exactly the piece we needed!

Why was my order returned to the shipper for an address correction? Now my order is delayed and won’t arrive as expected.
