Outstanding customer service experience

Dear Spalding, I placed an Order with Spalding for the Zi/O TF Indoor-Outdoor Basketball, I received Confirmation, Shipment Notice, Follow-Up Communication, including Delivery Status, and Delivery in a quick and timely manner, I was very impressed and pleased with Spalding Customer Service. I opened the package upon arrival and was pleased with the appearance of product packaging and presentation. I have not unpacked and/or tested the Zi/O TF Indoor-Outdoor Basketball since my purchase was made for the purpose of a Christmas Donation. I reviewed the Spalding Website and was impressed with the About Us Storied History, which I enjoyed reading. My only suggestion, would be to enclose a postcard with the Black and White Photograph on the Spalding Website with a brief few words as a keepsake. Thank You
