Suzette Saves the Play
This really started out as a HUGE nightmare that wasn't receiving the proper attention. Luckily, Suzette saved the day by being able to recognize an issue and take action. She needs to be in management if she isn't already. For some reason, the customer associates I spoke with over the phone or email over months could not get the refund and proper replacement system in tandem. She got it sorted in a few days and was also knowledgeable about the products right off the bat. Very refreshing!
