The Spaulding people were very helpful. I called them to get an idea of how long "processing" would take and where the item ships from so I could line up help for assembly. As an FYI, I believe most (if not all) of their stuff ships out of Alexander City, Alabama, which being in Georgia got it here fairly quickly.

My experience was great! I found what I wanted, checkout was fast. It shipped on time. Can't wait to break in my NBA game ball.
