Issue, my kid used my Mesa XL. They didn't take the stand out before using. Completely melted the stand. I contacted service and owned the error. They were very quick to reply on the initial request. Went back and forth just a couple times same day and my issue was resolved. Party shipped out and had it quick. I am very pleased with the response time, interaction and resolution. Solo might not be the cheapest but I truly feel you are getting what you pay for and the support after was to notch! Highly recommend. I have several other products from them as well.
