Pump works well, but it's almost impossible to see the display in full sunlight? Is this normal? May just be my unit, but the customer service, speedy delivery and shopping experience is top-notch. I'm able to get through a bag of 15-20 balls in very little time with lots of charge to spare for the next rough. I'll be shopping with you again for my coaching and gear needs! Thank you!

Seems like a good product it is just too bulky for what I need.

Ordered soccer balls for my kids. Selected 2 day business. Balls didn’t arrive on the date indicated by the tracking number. Called USPS and was informed the option was 2-5 days business ground. Called SI and informed them of how their site may cause issues when people need something fast. They changed the description on their website. After 5 days I called USPS and they could not give me a delivery date. Spoke with SI. They blamed USPS and consistently reiterated that once the package leaves the warehouse it’s out of their hands. Not once did they ask what they could do to make the experience better. They failed to understand that they ARE responsible for the customers experience if they want return customers. They could have overnighted two soccer balls and asked me to return the others. Instead they sent me a UPS label and said if I don’t want the balls when they arrive I can just send them back.

Purchased a goal on 12/20. Realized it was close to Christmas and asked on 12/21 if I paid for expedited shipping if they could get it to us by Christmas. Was advised if I did 2-day shipping and paid for it in the morning of 12/22 that they would get it in the mail on 12/22. Well they created the label on 12/22 but it didn’t get shipped until 12/23 so we didn’t receive it until 12/26 after Christmas. Disappointed it didn’t get here before Christmas but understand because I ordered it so late. I would have overnighted it had I been told it was going out on 12/23. I have asked twice now via email for a refund on the shipping since they didn’t do what they said they would. Can’t get a response and have been ghosted The product is good. Looks like it has been used though.
